Hargeysa – (warsoor) – War-saxaafadeed ka soo baxay Wasaaradda Arimaha Dibadda Somaliland ayaa lagaga hadlay laba wefti oo kala duwan kuwaasi oo matalaayey xukuumadda Somaliland oo booqasho ku tagay dalka Itoobiya.

Weftiga ayaa warbaahinta qaarkood sheegay in ujeedda ay u tageen dalka Turkigu ay ahayd shirkii wadda-hadaladda Somaliland iyo Soomaaliya oo ay warbaahinta qaarkeed sheegeen in si qarsoodi ah ay uga bilaabmeen dalka Turkiga.

Waxa kale oo weftiga ka mid ahaa Wasiirka Madaxtooyada JSL Maxamuud Xaashi Cabdi. Weftigani oo   martiqaad rasmi ah ka helay dowlada Turkey-ga waxa ay la kulmeen intii ay joogeen Ankara Ku-xigeenka Xoghaye Hoosaadka Wasaaradda Arrimaha Dibedda (Deputy Undersecretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs), madaxweynaha Bisha Cas (President of Red Crescent), iyo Madaxweyne Ku-xigeenka Hey’ada dalka Turkiga u qaabilsan kaalmooyinka ama mucaawimada ee la yidhaahdo TIKA ( Vice president of TIKA).  Weftigu waxa ay kale hadleen mas’uuliyiintii ay la kulmeen  arrimo ay ka mid ahaayeen kaalmooyinka bini-aadanimo, sidii ay gurmad deg-deg aha uga geysan lahayd dowladda Turkey xaalada abaareed ee ka jirta gobolada dalka Jamhuuriyada Somaliland qaarkood.

Waxa kale oo dowlada Turkey kala tashatay weftiga Somaliland iyo Wefti kale oo ka socday Soomaaliya oo u hogaaminaayey Wasiirka Arrimaha Gudahu Mudane Cabdiraxmaan Maxamed sida ugu haboon ee dub loogu bilaabi lahaa wada hadaladii Somaliland iyo Somaaliya, goorta ugu horeysa ee ay suurtogal noqon karto in la bilaabo, iyo qodobada uu ka koobnaan karo  Ajandaha (Agenda) Shirka soo socda.

Weftiga kale ee tagay dalka Turkey 17/04/2016 waxa uu ahaa wefti ka kooban lix aqoon yahan (Academicians).  Seddex ka socday Somaliland, iyo seddex kale oo ka socday dhinaca Soomaaliya.  Aqoonyahanada waxa loo qabtay Dood (Round-table discussion) ay martigelisay Xarunta Daraasaadka Siyaadaha Dibadda iyo Cilmi-baarista ee Mu’asasada Nabadda (The Center for Foreign Policy and Peace Research of Ihsan Democracy Peace Foundation). Doodan waxa ujeedadeeda ugu weyn ee laga lahaa ahayd in dowlada Turkey si fiican loo fahamsiiyo Taariikhda Somaliland iyo Soomaaliya isla markaasna lagu sameeyo qiimeyn taariikheed (Historical Assessment).
