Somali President puts garland at the famous Somali Youth League monument

Mogadishu – (warsoor) –  Marking the Somali national Youths day the President of the federal republic of Somalia H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud has on Sunday put a wreath at the famous Somali Youth League monument in downtown the Somali capital Mogadishu.

The President has congratulated the Somali Youths on this national occasion of the 15th May, and has at length talked about the biography of the 13 Somali Youths who founded the Somali National League Union.

“The history of the 13 Somali youths who have founded the Somali National League is unforgettable and will forever remain in our hearts and minds for the great national achievements they have done for this great nation of Somalia, and I will urge the current Somali Youths to follow the footsteps of those yoths, and my government will be fully committed in supporting the Somali youths” said the Somali President His Excellence Hassan.

President Hassan Sheikh has wished success and development for the Somali youths wherever they are and urged them to stop going for perilous trips to overseas.

On the other hand the Somali President has today officially opened two streets in Mogadishu which were rehabilitated by Banadir region administration.

Finally the President has praised Banadir region administration for their serious commitment in the development of the nation, and bringing back the essential infrastructure in the city.
